RETURN POLICY

We take any exchange in the first 30 days from shipping date for.

  • Items that do not fit.
  • Wrong items shipped to you.
  • Damaged items.

Any exchange past the first 30 days can be charged a fee of 20% or $5.00 whichever is greater. It is at our discretion to enforce this rule.

If you need to return your item for credit you will be charged a 20% restocking fee or $5.00 whichever is greater. We will give you a 100% refund by way of a store credit if you chose that option. We will not refund any shipping cost unless it was our error.

How can you offer such low prices?

At DimOutGifts.com, you take advantage of our direct relationship with the manufacturers. We bring you their best products via the internet. This completely eliminates the retail store, and all those costly retail "overhead" mark ups are gone forever!

How "up to date" are your products?

The products we sell are always the newest models and latest updates. We update our site with the latest products as they become available from the manufacturer.

What about shipping costs?

All products are shipped via UPS. If you need overnight or another forum of faster than ground shipping you will get the price at check out.

When should I expect delivery?

All our products leave the warehouse within two business day after you order. During heavy shopping seasons, (Christmas and Valentines Day) it may take up to three days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard Fed-Ex/UPS Ground shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by Fed-Ex/UPS at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.

What about overnight delivery?

Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for us to ship the products from the warehouse in the first place. Please email us at shipping@dimoutgifts.com with questions about shipping options.

What if I need warranty service?

All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying us. If you ever have questions please contact us at sales@dimoutgifts.com.

How safe is my credit card information?

When you buy from DimOutGifts.com, your credit card purchase is processed in real time by a secure eCommerce server called Veritech, which is run by Yahoo.com. Then your order is encrypted with PGP before being sent to DimOut.com. Your card couldn't be safer!
